Our staff have been or are currently competitive gymnasts and have been coaching at International Gymnastics Camp for many years. All of our staff are Safety Certified by USA Gymnastics. |

Jami Moritz was born in Seaside Park, NJ. She began taking gymnastics classes at the age of 6 at Ocean's Gymnastics in New Jersey. She later transferred to Gym Plus where she competed for 7 years. Jami began coaching gymnastics in 1993 at Gym Plus and continued there through 1996. In 1997, she took a position coaching the Girl's Beginner class at International Gymnastics School. Jami went to East StroudsburgUniversity where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Biology and spent the next 6 years working at Sanofi Pasteur. After taking some time off to raise her two children, Jami has now returned to coaching at International Gymnastics School. |

Mihai Gheorghe is originally from Bucharest, Romania. Mihai was a competitive gymnast for 20 years and was a 3 time Romanian National Team Member. Mihai has been coaching boys’ and girls’ gymnastics for 15 years. From 1992 – 1996, he was a Romanian Men’s Elite coach. In 1997, he coached Adrian Ianculescu to a 3rd place finish on Vault at the World Championships. Mihai has also placed 3 gymnasts on the Romanian National Team. He has been a senior staff member at International Gymnastics Camp from 1996 to the present. |

Alyssa Carlson was born and raised in Sparta, NJ. She began her gymnastics training at the age of 8 at Schutz Gymnastics in New Jersey. Alyssa was a competitive gymnast for 8 years and still continues to participate in gymnastics as a member of the East Stroudsburg University Club Gymnastics Team. It was also at Shutz Gymnastics that Alyssa got her coaching start at the age of 14. She now attends East Stroudsburg University where she is studying Elementary and Special Education. She will graduate in the spring of 2011. This is Alyssa's third year coaching at International Gymnastics School. |
