Gym School Enrollment
Registration is easy, simply enroll online using the button above.
Enrollment is open and ongoing throughout the year. You are welcome to join mid-session.
Once you are enrolled, your space is guaranteed for the rest of the school year. Your gymnast is automatically enrolled from session to session. We request an email if you decide to discontinue.
Session 1 2026-2027 begins on Sunday. August 30th and ends on Saturday, October 24th. Your method of payment on file will be charged on Wednesday, August 19th. After Wednesday, August 19th, new students will be charged the full amount of tuition at the time of enrollment.
Session 2 2026-2027 begins on Sunday, October 25th and ends on Wednesday, December 23rd. Your method of payment on file will be charged on Monday, October 12th. After Monday, October 12th, new students will be charged the full amount of tuition at the time of enrollment.
Session 3 2026-2027 begins the week of Sunday, January 3rd and ends on Saturday, March 13th, 2027. Your method of payment on file will be charged Monday, December 21st, 2026. After Monday, December 21st, new students will be charged the full amount of tuition at the time of enrollment.
Session 4 2026-2027 begins the week of Sunday, March 14th and ends on Saturday, May 22nd, 2027. Your method of payment on file will be charged Monday, March 1st. After Monday, March1st, new students will be charged the full amount of tuition at the time of enrollment.
We offer gymnastics classes for boys and girls, ages 18 months to 17 years.
Our classes run continuously throughout the school year, with payments broken down into four sessions of two (10 week sessions) and two (8 week sessions). Enrollment is ongoing, and you are welcome to join mid-session!

We also offer tumbling classes for athletes ages 7-17 years old.
*For the safety of our athletes and our coaches, intermediate and advanced students who are new to IGS should enroll initially in a lower-level class to be evaluated.
Enrollments are processed online to maintain accurate student information, ensure the privacy of your payment information, and allows you to update any previous information entered.
Classes begin in September and continue throughout the school year. Our gymnastics classes consist of two 9-week sessions and two 8-week sessions. Enrolled students are automatically registered from one session to the next session unless we are notified otherwise. Students are welcome to join mid-session or choose a waitlist.

(Sunday Classes – 6 Week Session (No Classes Sunday 9/20 or 10/11)

You are welcome to enroll at any point. If you join mid-payment period, your account is prorated for the number of classes left in the payment period.
Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card are acceptable forms of payment.
We do not take American Express.
Re-enrollment: An email will be sent out prior to sessions 2, 3 and 4 regarding enrollment. Unless you notify us, your gymnast will automatically be enrolled in the next session. Should you decide to not to continue to the next session, email us at office@gymschool.com. If you do not notify us you will be charged.
Payment for each session is due 2 weeks prior to the start date.
Failure to make a payment will result in your child being dropped from the class.
All fees are non-refundable at the conclusion of the second class of the session.
Rules & Policies
Appropriate Attire
We recommend girls wear shorts and a t-shirt or a leo.
Boys are encouraged to wear shorts and a t-shirt.
No baggy clothes, buttons, zippers, socks, shoes, or jewelry should be worn.
Hair should be pulled back and away from the gymnast’s face.
Be sure your student’s personal items are marked with their name. This facility’s staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stollen.
Arrival & Pick-Up
Arrival
Arrival time is five minutes prior to scheduled class time. Five minutes is scheduled for departure at the end of class.
Class students are to remain in the viewing area until their class begins. Students are not permitted in the gym or on gym equipment other than during class participation.
Parent(s) are requested to stay in the viewing area or in their vehicle while class is in session. Gymnasts must be escorted from the parking lot to the gym and from the gym to the car. During peak times the parking lot is busy and crowded. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car unsupervised.
If you have additional children (not in class) in the building or on campus…. Please supervise them. Children in the building are not permitted to run, play ball, or do gymnastics in the waiting area. Relatives and friends are not permitted inside the gym during class.
Unattended Classes
Gymnasts have the option of a make-up class or a credit for one unattended class per session.
To reschedule or credit your account IGS requires an email showing the gymnast’s name, class, and date of absence. IGS’s email address is office@gymschool.com. Credit incurred in Session 1 will be used for Session 2, incurred in Session 2 will be used for Session 3, and incurred in Session 3 will be used in Session 4. Credit incurred in Session 4 will be applied to the following September Session.
Inclement weather is not considered an unattended class. If IGS cancels class, you will receive credit.
Registration and Drop Policy
Classes begin in September and continue to mid-May. Our gymnastics classes consist of 4 Sessions. The number of weeks in a session vary due to holidays and annual gymnastics events held at the gym. Class fees are based on one class a week and the number of weeks in the session. Participating students are automatically enrolled from one session to the next session unless we are notified otherwise. Students may register mid-session if there is class availability.
Parents must notify the school via email to drop a student from a class. Notifying us prior to the billing date you will not incur a charge.
Please note: You are responsible for class fees until the time you notify IGS by email your child is no longer attending. Whether or not your child attends class, you are responsible for payment until the time we are notified by email (office@gymschool.com). There are no refunds after class two of each session.
Payment Policies
When you enroll for Session 1 2026-2027 your method of payment on file will be charged on Monday, August 17th. After Monday, August 17th, new students will be charged the full amount of tuition at the time of enrollment.
When you enroll for Session 2 2026-2027 your method of payment on file will be charged on Monday, October 12th. After Monday, October 12th, new students will be charged the full amount of tuition at the time of enrollment.
When you enroll for Session 3 2026-2027, your method of payment on file will be charged Monday, December 21st After Wednesday, Monday, December 21st, new students will be charged the full amount of tuition at the time of enrollment
When you enroll for Session 4 2026-2027, your method of payment on file will be charged Monday, February 28th. After Monday, February 28th , new students will be charged the full amount of tuition at the time of enrollment.
All payments are made by VISA or MasterCard, via Parent Portal. We do not accept American Express.
Re-enrollment: You will receive an email prior to Sessions 2, 3, and 4 reminding you the next session is starting soon. Your child will automatically be enrolled unless you notify us by email.
