Registration is easy: enroll online using the button above.
Enrollment is open and ongoing throughout the year, and you are welcome to join mid-session.
Once you are enrolled, your space is guaranteed for the rest of the school year, and you are automatically enrolled from session to session.
When requesting your spot for session 1 2022 – 2023 you will not be charged until August 29th, 2022. Any enrollments after August 29th will be charged the full amount when enrolling.
We offer gymnastics classes for boys and girls, ages 18 months to 17 years.
Our classes run continuously throughout the school year, with payments broken down into four sessions of two (9 week sessions) and two (8 week sessions). Enrollment is ongoing, and you are welcome to join mid-session!

We also offer tumbling classes for athletes ages 7-17 years old.
*For the safety of our athletes and our coaches, intermediate and advanced students who are new to IGS should enroll initially in a lower-level class to be evaluated.

2022 – 2023 Gym School Sessions
- Session 1: September 7, 2022 to October 29th, 2022
- Session 2: October 30th, 2022 to January 21st, 2022
Thanksgiving November 20th to November 23rd
Christmas/New Years – December 21st, 2022 to January 1st, 2023
- Session 3: January 22nd, 2023 to March 25th, 20223
- Session 4: March 26th, 203 to May 20th, 2023
Easter Sunday April 9th, 2023
You are welcome to enroll at any point. If you join mid-payment period, your account is prorated for the number of classes left in the payment period.
When enrolling for Session 2 2022-2023 charges will occur August 29th, 2022.
Any enrollments after August 29th will be charged on the enrollment day.
Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card are acceptable forms of payment.
We do not take American Express.
Re-enrollment: An email will be sent out prior to sessions 2, 3 and 4 regarding enrollment. Unless you notify us, your gymnast will automatically be enrolled in the next session. Should you decide to not to continue to the next session, email us at office@gymschool.com. If you do not notify us you will be charged.
Payment for each session is due 2 weeks prior to the start date.
Failure to make a payment will result in your child being dropped from the class.
All fees are non-refundable at the conclusion of the second class of the session.
Rules & Policies
Appropriate Attire
Girls should dress in shorts and a t-shirt or a leotard.
Boys are encouraged to wear shorts and a t-shirt.
No baggy clothes, buttons, zippers, socks, shoes, or jewelry should be worn.
Hair should be pulled back and out of the gymnast’s face.
Be sure your student’s personal items are marked with their name. This facility’s staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen.
Arrival & Pick-Up
Arrival
Be sure you gymnast arrives 5 minutes before his/her scheduled class time. We request a parent(s) to stay at International during class (in the viewing area or your car). You should escort your gymnast from your car to the gym and from the gym to the car. During peak times the parking lot is busy and crowded. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car unsupervised.
When arriving for class your gymnast should remain in the viewing room until the instructor calls them for class. Students are not allowed in the gym or on the equipment at any time unless they are enrolled in class and the instructor is present.
Please be sure to supervise children in the building and campus. It is not safe to “practice” gymnastics outside the gym.
Pick-Up
Parents are required to stay at the gym during class. Five minutes is scheduled for departure at the end of class.
All children should be escorted from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Do not take a chance on your student running to/from your car.
Please take into consideration that there are students, staff, animals on the property. Drive slowly and carefully. Thank you!
Unattended Classes
Unattended classes are not rescheduled. Each session your gymnasts is granted a credit for one unattended class. IGS requires an email showing the gymnasts name, class and date of the unattended class prior to a credit being applied to your account. IGS’s email address is office@gymschool.com.
Any credit given during Session 1, Session 2 and Session 3 is to be used during 2022-2023. Session 4 credits can be carried over to Session 1 of 2023-2024 season. There will be no refunds.
Inclement weather is not considered an unattended class. If IGS cancels class, you will receive a credit.
Drop Policy
Our classes run continuously throughout the school year, with payments broken down into two 9-week sessions and two 8-week sessions. Enrollment is automatic from one session to the next.
Parents must notify the school via email to drop a student from a class. By notifying us you will not incur a charge and will help those on our waiting list.
Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student’s classes whether or not your child attends the class, until the time you notify the staff by email.
Payment Policies

All payments are made by VISA or MasterCard, via the Parent Portal. We do not accept American Express.
