Registration & Payment

2020-2021 Registration

Registration is easy: enroll online using the button above.

Enrollment is open and ongoing throughout the year, and you are welcome to join mid-session.

Once you are enrolled, your space is guaranteed for the rest of the school year, and you are automatically enrolled from session to session.

When requesting your spot for session 1 2020 – 2021 you will not be charged until August 31, 2021. Any enrollments after August 31st will be charged the full amount when enrolling.

We offer gymnastics classes for boys and girls, ages 18 months to 17 years.

We also offer tumbling classes for athletes ages 7-17 years old.

*For the safety of our athletes and our coaches, intermediate and advanced students who are new to IGS should enroll initially in a lower-level class to be evaluated.

All enrollments are done online to maintain accurate student information and to ensure the privacy of your payment information. Click the button at the top of the page to enroll now.

Our classes run continuously throughout the school year, with payments broken down for your convenience into four sessions covering 9 classes each.

Session 1 payments cover classes from 2-Sep-2020 to 31-Oct-2020.

Session 2 payments cover classes from 4-Nov-2020 to – 23 Jan-2021.

Session 3 payments cover classes from 27-Jan-2021 to 27-Mar-2021.

Session 4 payments cover classes from 31-Mar-2021 to 29-May-2021

​You are welcome to enroll at any point. If you join mid-payment period, your account is prorated for the number of classes left in the payment period.

Rules & Policies

Appropriate Attire

Girls should dress in shorts and a t-shirt or a leotard.

Boys are encouraged to wear shorts and a t-shirt.

No baggy clothes, buttons, zippers, socks, shoes, or jewelry should be worn.

Hair should be pulled back and out of the gymnast’s face.

Be sure your student’s personal items are marked with their name. This facility’s staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen.

Arrival & Pick-Up

Arrival

Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before his/her scheduled class time. The warm-up is not only important for safety, but includes basics that other aspects of class will build upon.

When arriving for classes, students should remain in the viewing room until the instructor calls them for class.

Students are not allowed in the gym or on the equipment at any time unless they are enrolled in class and the instructor is present.

Please be sure to supervise children in the building and on campus. It is not safe to “practice” gymnastics outside the gym.

 

Pick-Up

Parents are required to stay at the gym during class. Five minutes is scheduled for departure at the end of class.

All children should be escorted from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Do not take a chance on your student running to/from your car.

Please take into consideration that there are students, staff, animals on the property. Drive slowly and carefully. Thank you!

Make-Up Policy

International Gymnastics School will allow one credit toward the next session for a missed class.

If your gymnast misses a class you will need to request a credit by emailing us at office@gymschool.com.

No refunds will be given.

Note: Inclement weather does not count as a missed class.

Drop Policy

Our classes run continuously throughout the school year, with payments broken down into four sessions of 9 classes each. Enrollment is automatic from one session to the next.

Parents must notify the school via email to drop a student from a class. By notifying us you will not incur a charge and will help those on our waiting list.

Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student’s classes whether or not your child attends the class, until the time you notify the staff by email.

Payment Policies

When requesting your spot for session 1 2020-2021 we will not take payment until August 31st. All registrations after August 31st the full payments will be due at registration.

All payments are made by VISA or MasterCard, via the Parent Portal. We do not accept American Express.

Re-enrollment: An email will be sent out prior to sessions 2, 3 and 4 regarding enrollment. Your child will automatically be enrolled in the next session. Should you wish to not continue into a session, email us at office@gymschool.com. Payment for the following session is due 2 weeks prior to the start date.

Failure to make a payment will result in your child being dropped from the class.

All fees are non-refundable at the conclusion of the child’s second class.
